For State and Local projects,  we are DBE certified in Illinois, Wisconsin and Iowa by the respective state Departments of Transportation. And, we are FBE certified by Illinois Central Management Services, which makes us a BEP vendor.

At the Federal level, we are a GSA Contract Holder, which makes it easier for you as a federal contractor to work with NorthStar Strategies.  And we are SBA designated as eligible for contracting under the WOSB Set-Aside Program instituted in February, 2011.
